    The outage is known and has been forwarded to the responsible technical department

    We have been informed that fraudulent phishing emails are currently being sent in netcup’s name, using subject lines such as “Reminder: Renewal of your services required,” “1st reminder regarding your invoice […]”, “Payment pending – SSL certificate,” and “Your domain expires today.” However, other subject lines are, of course, also possible.

     

    If you receive such a phishing email, please delete it immediately and under no circumstances disclose any personal data. To protect yourself against attacks, do not open suspicious attachments or follow links in dubious emails.

    The outage has been successfully resolved. For questions, please contact our support (opens in a new window)

    There is currently a service disruption at DENIC, the registry for all .de domains. As a result, domain registrations and nameserver changes, among other things, are not possible. DENIC is working to resolve the issue.
